Any comfortable clothing can be worn. If you have the navy training top, please wear to training.

Club provided orange match shirts are not to be worn for training.

Shin pads are a necessity if you want to take part in a training session.

All matches are played in our region (Geelong and the Bellarine Peninsula). The furthest travel required for ‘Away’ games would be approximately 30 minutes by car.

How can I stay on top of communications?

Keep an eye on your inbox for Hammerhead News, our club newsletter, for all the latest news including upcoming events, sales and calls for volunteers.

Our club also uses the Stack Team App to communicate club news and events including training times, team info, coaches details, registration information, and fixture.

Please make sure you download the Stack Team App and find our club (search for Barwon Heads Soccer club and logo). Be sure to turn notifications on so that you receive emails when news is posted.

Facebook and Instagram are used as a secondary information channel. Check the Stack Team App for any information or updates on training as well as match dates and times.

Teams often set up their own WhatsApp group with team specific information, such as match day info, orange duty etc.

How can I get involved?

We have many roles available for anyone keen to help out!

We’re currently seeking individuals who have the flair for fun and fundraising:
